ROBOCONN Terms and Conditions

1. General

By registering for or attending the Robotics Conference of New eNgineers (ROBOCONN), participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any instructions given by event organizers or venue staff.

2. Code of Conduct

ROBOCONN is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all attendees. Participants are expected to:

  • Treat all guests, participants, and organizers with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Respect differences in opinion, background, and expertise.
  • Avoid disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.

Violation of this policy may result in removal from the event without refund or further notice.

3. Safety and Property

  • All attendees must follow venue safety guidelines and any instructions from staff at all times.
  • Equipment demonstrations must be conducted safely and with prior approval from event organizers.
  • Participants are responsible for their own belongings and personal property. The organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Projects, presentations, and materials shared at ROBOCONN remain the intellectual property of their respective creators.
  • Attendees may not record, photograph, or distribute another participant’s work without their consent.
  • By participating, attendees grant the organizers permission to photograph and record the event for promotional and archival purposes.

5. Liability

Participation in ROBOCONN is at the attendee’s own risk. The organizers, hosts, and venue owners are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the event.

6. Registration and Attendance

  • All attendees must register through the official ROBOCONN form prior to the event.
  • Badges or lanyards must be worn at all times while on event property.
  • The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule or terms as needed.

7. Acceptance

By submitting the registration form or attending the event, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
